• Advisory Nature: All studies, including Techno-Economic Viability (TEV) and Detailed Bankable Project Reports (DPR), are designed for professional documentation and bank appraisals. While grounded in scientific integrity, these reports do not guarantee project funding or investor commitment.

• Third-Party Approvals: The Company provides liaison and advisory for regulatory bodies such as GEAC, RCGM, CDSCO, and CGWA. Final approvals, permits, and licenses remain at the sole discretion of the respective government authorities.

3. Lead Engagement and Consultative Pricing

• Non-E-commerce Model: This website is a lead generation engine and does not facilitate real-time transactions. Prices for consultancy and technical services are not fixed and vary based on project scale, regulatory complexity, and resource utilization.

• Quotations: Service charges are finalized only after a formal discussion of the project vision and requirements.

4. Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) Services

As an Authorized Business Partner of Capricorn Identity Services Pvt. Ltd., the Company facilitates DSC issuance.

• Identity Verification: Users must complete Video-KYC (V-KYC) and provide accurate documentation as per Controller of Certifying Authorities (CCA) guidelines.

• Invoicing: For the DSC product, the Certifying Authority (Capricorn) serves as the principal supplier. The Company may invoice separately for additional consulting, on-site support, or documentation management for foreign directors.

• Foreign Nationals: Clients from regions such as Southeast Asia (Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia) must ensure documents are correctly Apostilled or Consularized before submission.

5. Professional Training & LIMS Services

• Educational Purpose: Training in Bioinformatics and Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) is "100% computer-based" and focused on software proficiency.

• Disclaimer: These programs do not involve "wet lab" experimentation with biological samples.

6. Intellectual Property (IP)

• Company Assets: All technical glossaries, "Bio-AI" strategies, market trend charts, and proprietary reporting formats are the intellectual property of Breedington Bioindustrial.

The Company acts as a sophisticated intermediary to reduce the execution gap in complex projects. We are not liable for business losses, environmental shifts, or changes in government policy (such as BioE3 or PMKSY) that may impact a project’s long-term viability.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Durgapur/West Bengal.
