1. Consultancy and Advisory Services (DPR, TEV, & Regulatory Liaison)

Due to the highly customized and resource-intensive nature of our Detailed Bankable Project Reports (DPR) and Techno-Economic Viability (TEV) studies, the following terms apply:

• Initial Engagement: A portion of the professional fee may be non-refundable once the technical analysis or "Brain Trust" expert review phase has commenced.

• Report Delivery: Once a draft or final report is delivered to the client, no refunds will be issued, as these documents represent proprietary technical analysis and strategic foresight.

• Third-Party Outcomes: Refunds are not provided based on the decisions of third parties, such as bank rejections for funding or government denials for permits (e.g., RCGM, GEAC, or CGWA), as our role is that of a "sophisticated intermediary" and advisor.

2. Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) Services

As an Authorized Business Partner of Capricorn Identity Services, we facilitate a paperless, secure issuance process.

• Cancellation Before Verification: If a cancellation is requested before the Video-KYC (V-KYC) process is initiated or documents are uploaded, a refund may be granted minus administrative and transaction fees.

• Rejection by Certifying Authority: If an application is rejected by the Certifying Authority (CA) due to insufficient or fraudulent documentation provided by the client (such as incorrect Apostille or Consularization for foreign nationals), the service fee is non-refundable.

• Physical USB Tokens: If a FIPS-certified USB Crypto Token is found to be defective upon arrival, we will provide a replacement. However, once a token is "unlocked" or a certificate is downloaded, the product is considered consumed and non-refundable.

3. Bioinformatics & LIMS Software Training

Our training programs are 100% computer-based and focused on "dry lab" computational execution.

• Batch Withdrawal: Students may request a refund or batch transfer up to 7 days before the scheduled start of a training module.

• Post-Commencement: No refunds will be issued once the training session has started, as seats are limited and digital resources/software access are provisioned per student.

4. Business Intelligence (BI) and Market Research Reports

Our Internal (IDI), External (EDDI), and Primary Field (PFDI) data services involve proprietary data retrieval and expert synthesis.

• Deliverables: Once a Strategic Report, Competitor Benchmarking analysis, or Prospecting Database is delivered to the client via email or secure digital channel, it is considered a final sale due to the digital nature of the intellectual property.

5. Process for Refund Requests

Please include your Project ID, Service Type, and the Reason for Cancellation. Our team will review the request against the current milestone status of your project and respond within 7-10 business days.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any disputes regarding this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Durgapur/West Bengal, India.
