As an authorized partner of Capricorn Identity Services, we facilitate the issuance of Digital Signature Certificates (DSC) which require physical hardware for secure storage.

• FIPS-Certified Tokens: Upon successful Video-KYC (V-KYC) and approval by the Certifying Authority, we ship a secure, tamper-proof FIPS-compliant USB Crypto Token (such as HYP2003 or Watchdata) to the client.

• Compatibility: These tokens are compatible with all Indian e-procurement and government portals, including GeM, CPPP, and ICEGATE.

3. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

• Coverage: We provide national shipping across India from our Durgapur head office, serving industrial hubs like Ahmedabad, Pune, New Delhi, and Chandigarh.

• Processing Times: We offer priority processing for organizations facing strict tender deadlines (Bid-Day Support) to ensure the DSC token arrives before the clock runs out.

4. International Shipping

We provide specialized logistics for Foreign Nationals and Directors who need to operate in India from abroad.

• Target Regions: We have a strong focus on shipping to the ASEAN region, including Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia.

• Delivery Address: FIPS-certified USB tokens are shipped directly to the applicant's international address after successful verification of their apostilled or consularized documents.

5. Shipping Charges and Tracking

• Fees: Shipping and handling charges for physical tokens will be communicated during the consultative pricing discussion and may vary based on the destination (domestic vs. international).

• Tracking: Clients will receive tracking information once the physical asset has been dispatched through our logistics partners.

6. Delivery Disclaimers

• Verification Requirements: Physical delivery of DSC tokens is strictly contingent upon the completion of mandatory regulatory verification (V-KYC and document approval).

• Third-Party Delays: While we strive for "Bid-Day Support," the Company is not liable for delays caused by international customs or third-party courier services.
